At Zifah Explorers & Mixed Travel, we respect your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods: • Email us at contact@zifahexplorers.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" • Log in to your account and navigate to Profile > Settings > Delete Account • Contact our support team through the contact page
Upon receiving your deletion request, we will remove: • Your account profile information • Email address and contact details • Saved preferences and search history • Any uploaded documents or photos • Marketing and communication preferences
Certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes, including: • Transaction records required for tax and accounting purposes • Records necessary to comply with legal obligations • Data required to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements • Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you
We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
If you signed up or logged in using Google, you can manage third-party app access through your Google Account settings. Revoking access will prevent future data sharing, but to delete data already collected, please submit a deletion request as described above.
